The drastic difference with PLUS is the investment that is put into developing a group identity using the PLUS model. The Peer Leader Team is trained in activities which are designed to indoctrinate kids into the PLUS identity. Kids who might not belong to any group on campus, will be targeted to go through the PLUS activities. Upon completing the PLUS activities, they will now belong to PLUS.
