PLUS Trainings Focus on Using Activities to Build Unity on a Campus
The PLUS Concept is to get young people from a variety of backgrounds on campus working together to overcome challenges as a team. When kids stop competing against one another and start working towards common challenges together, great things can happen!

PLUS is the best program I have ever experienced. It truly makes a change in a lot of people's lives. You learn to open up your eyes and experience someone for who they really are rather than what they look like. It gives you the chance to meet new people that you would never have thought of talking to and you can solve problems while working with kids that are just like you. Amen to this WONDERFUL program! Open up and be a leader. - Jackie Boggess, Student, Marcos De Niza High School
"I left the PLUS Program training with a curriculum, a powerful concept, and the capacity to impact my school in ways a never thought of. The PLUS Training gave me the insight and tools to take on the challenge of developing a safe school climate on my campus." Krista Carr, PLUS Advisor - Phoenix ,Arizona
"Having my players go through the PLUS training was an essential ingredient to the success of our program each year. Our players learned the importance of being role models and mentors to not only the younger players in our program, but to all students on our campus." - Wally Clark - Head Football Coach
